Publix Social + Digital.
The most revealing test of any brand isn’t the campaign. It’s the Tuesday afternoon post. The idle scroll. The in-between moment when someone’s simply redeeming a coupon or checking what’s on sale this week. No fanfare, just the brand showing up in the quiet texture of daily life. And yet even here, animation has the power to transform the mundane into something worth watching. A simple how-to becomes a brand statement. A utility becomes an experience. Below are some examples of the social and digital work we create for Publix, all built within the same animation language we established with the logo.
App Explainer videos.
Most explainer content does exactly one thing: explain. Functional without being felt. We held the bar higher. The Publix app is a utility, but it lives inside a brand people have genuine affection for, and that affection is worth protecting. We built these pieces within the same motion language established across the broader brand system, so every frame teaches without lecturing, guides without condescending, and moves with the warmth the brand has earned over decades. Clarity and character, together. Neither one sacrificed for the other.
Motion Graphics.
Motion is the voice of a brand in time. Get it wrong and even beautiful work feels off. Get it right and the brand becomes unmistakable before a single word is read. For Publix, we developed a motion language that is fluid, purposeful, and unmistakably theirs. This is where we geek out. The easing on a transition, the weight of a hold, the precise milliseconds between a cut and a settle, these are the details most people never consciously notice, and that’s exactly the point. We obsess over them so the audience never has to. Every curve, every frame, every moment of stillness was considered as a direct expression of brand character.
Social Filters.
Filters are participatory branding. When someone uses one, they’re not consuming the brand, they’re wearing it. We designed three filters for the people who are genuinely passionate about Publix, the ones who don’t need convincing. The visual logic pulls directly from the brand system, so every share extends the world without diluting it. Organic reach through identity, not interruption.
Secret Weapon.
With over 20 years of experience, king+Country™ knows how to find the humanity in a brand, build anticipation, and craft moments that land with real conviction, delivered with the precision and speed that modern business demands. We thrive under pressure, meet every deadline, and never let urgency compromise the quality of the work. That’s not a vendor relationship. That’s a secret weapon. Let’s talk about what we can do for yours.
