Stunning macro shots, dramatic changes in speed, and rousing sound design give us a glimpse into Houdini’s mind’s eye during a breathtaking underwater escape attempt. This concept was all about texture, both visual and aural, plunging the viewer into a slick, moody, exciting world, worthy of any Hollywood blockbuster thriller. K+C directed this Promo Teaser and used different lenses and focal lengths to draw the viewer’s eye, varying frame rates to magnify intensity, and theatrical lighting to complement tone.
