Design
From animating an end tag to planning a motion control shoot, every element of our design process works in service of building the narrative, communicating the message, and elevating the brand.
Great design has always been foundational to our philosophy and the more solid the foundation, the more we can afford to push the boundaries of what we do. With that in mind, we make sure that no element of a project escapes our attention! Meticulously planning and strategizing the design down to the last detail, we create work that is statement-making and infectiously entertaining, even after repeat viewings. And we apply this level of commitment to every project, regardless of scope.
Live Action
K+C directors are well versed in a variety of shooting styles. Our biggest strength is combining live action, graphics, and VFX. This diversity of skillsets means we are in control of our creative vision from beginning to end. We believe that a one stop shop model shouldn’t mean compromising on directorial talent! That’s why our directors are deeply involved in the process from pre-production to post, allowing us to carry our vision forward even through the final stages.
Our directors’ core team of VFX rock stars are also battle tested in planning shoots with military precision, which allows us to stay competitive with budgets without sacrificing production quality.
Animation
Animation doesn’t even begin to describe what we do! Motion graphics and typography, 2D and 3D animation, stop frame and VFX, everything we do technically animates, but each technique requires specific expertise to bring it to life.
Fortunately, we’ve spent the past 15 years building a diverse community of skilled animators. This allows the core team at K+C to expand efficiently in the direction dictated by the project’s animation style.
We also continually add to our roster of artists, being conscious to maintain a truly inclusive, diverse, and international culture. Because every project benefits from unique perspectives!
